Description

Reinforcement is an add-on application for Autodesk Revit that streamlines work with structural reinforcement. It simplifies reinforced concrete structure creation, modifications and facilitates creation of reinforcement documentation. The application brings convenience and speed to creation of reinforcement takeoffs, rebar schedules and rebar shapes which are important part of most reinforcement drawings.

The application is primarily designed for structural engineers and design offices, which are tasked with creation and documentation of reinforced structures in Revit. It has been tailored for European style of documentation but can be adjusted for other areas with custom made Revit families.

The Reinforcement add-on contains several tools that significantly help with bulk placement of rebar into the model, bulk tagging and numbering of reinforcement. Other tools help with the creation of reinforcement schedules and takeoffs. More than 25 tools of the application are designed to:

• automate rebar placement into the model (slabs, columns, column heads etc.)
• adjust reinforcement visibility and graphic settings
• divide and describe reinforcement
• reinforcement itemization and grouping
• reinforcement takeoffs, differential takeoffs and variable reinforcement schedules
• rebar shape creation

The application is compatible with Autodesk Revit 2024/2023/2022/2021.
